How to request a refund
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your purchase, refunds are issued by Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at stefan@stefanchen.com with your order number and we will process the request on your behalf.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
